Sharkman is Masa/Commander Beef's Net Navi. He usually appears just in time to help Rockman and Netto in a difficult battle. Sharkman is quite strong, as he often shows no difficulty in disposing of his opponents, as shown in the world tournament. Sharkman's default attack is known as "Fin Cutter".
